Conversations with My Father
Where everyday moments become divine lessons

Welcome to the Conversations
Welcome to Conversations with My Father — a space where I share the quiet lessons God teaches me through everyday moments. Whether it’s a slow driver on the road, a child’s simple “thank you,” or a gentle whisper in my heart, I’ve learned that God is always speaking — if we pause long enough to listen.
These reflections are my way of recording those divine conversations — reminders of His presence, His patience, and His perfect timing. My hope is that as you read, you’ll be encouraged to see God’s hand in your own journey, and maybe even start a few conversations of your own with our Father.

About Me – My Journey with the Father
Hi, I’m Jane — a daughter who has been chased by God all my life, even when I thought I had it all together.
I grew up in church, did night vigils and fasted in primary school (yes, even licking toothpaste because I was so hungry), and went through devotion-packed days in secondary school and compulsory chapel services in university. I thought I was “walking with God,” but He was really trying to get my attention — sometimes gently, sometimes with a loud “Hello?!”
Life has a funny way of teaching you who’s really in charge. Losing my dad broke me in ways I didn’t know were possible. In the middle of grief, I prayed, “Since You took my father, You must now be my Father.” And He showed up — patiently, lovingly, and sometimes in ways I still find a little inconvenient (like waking me up at 4 a.m. to sing praises!).
This blog is where I share those real, messy, beautiful moments with God — the lessons, the laughter, the tears, and the Holy Spirit nudges that turn ordinary life into extraordinary grace.
I hope these stories remind you that God is speaking, even when life feels loud or confusing. You just have to lean in, listen… and maybe laugh a little along the way.
