What A God

This week on the blog, I just want to love on God. He has been loving on me so deeply.

Every week, it feels like God sends me a song — just to remind me of His unfailing, unconditional love. Those moments where He quietly clears every doubt and reminds me: you are loved and accepted.

For the past few weeks, I’ve found myself sitting with Reckless Love, Accepted, and Goodness of God by Israel Houghton and New Breed.

And honestly… God’s love is so real, I can’t fully explain it.

It brings light.
It brings peace that truly surpasses understanding.
It brings you into a place of rest you didn’t even realise you needed.

When I listen to these songs, it feels like a personal love song from God to me.

Not distant.
Not general.
But intentional.

A reminder that He sees me.
He knows me.
And He is near.

Scripture says: “If you seek Me, you will find Me.” — Jeremiah 29:13

That’s God.

He is not hidden.
He is not far.
He is found by those who turn their hearts toward Him.

He’s the One who feels you in the crowd — like the woman with the issue of blood. Surrounded by people, yet completely seen by Him.

He is not like I thought He was. He is so much better.
So much kinder.
So much more faithful.

What a God.

It’s not just what He does — it’s who He is.

My prayer is that everyone comes into contact with this kind of love. The kind that transforms quietly but deeply. The kind that heals places you didn’t even know were still hurting.

Because no treasure in this life could ever satisfy what only God can fill.

Closing Thought

I think this is one of those moments where I don’t even have many words left.

Just gratitude. Because when God makes His love real to you like this… it changes something.

It softens you.
It settles you.
It reminds you that you are not alone and you never have been.

And for me, right now, that’s enough.

Closing Prayer

Father, Thank You for loving me the way You do.

Thank You for the quiet reminders, the songs, the moments where You make Your love real to me again.

Thank You for being close, for being kind, for being better than I ever imagined.

Help me to never take Your love for granted.

Help me to always respond to You with a heart that is open, grateful, and surrendered.

And for anyone reading this, I pray that they would encounter Your love in a real and personal way — the kind that brings peace, healing, and rest.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
